I love helping people of all ages and phases of life - whether it is their first time buying a home, first time selling a home, or expanding their family and need a bigger home, or downsizing their life and looking to sell their home and buy a home that fits their new lifestyle. I am a Senior Certified and Probate and Trust Certified Real Estate Agent and am highly educated on selling/buying property if it is in a trust or probate. I am also very experienced and educated in purchasing land, subdividing land, new construction, investing in real estate to create passive income and flipping real estate to generate income.

Tiffany has grown up around the real estate industry her entire life!! Tiffany’s family are home builders and real estate investors, so she has always been around it. She remembers the days of when she would help her dad clean up at his job sites.

Tiffany has an extensive background in marketing and sales, and has a keen knowledge on internet and tech trends, all of which allow her to successfully help her clients buy or sell real estate. Tiffany knows how to hustle and will go above and beyond for you and your family, whether you are buying or selling a home, she will get the job done, for every client, every situation.

Tiffany’s Love for Life

Tiffany loves her kids - both the human and the fur one! She has a six year old daughter and a three year old German Shepard Rescue. The three of them are always going on adventures, hiking around the Bay Area and exploring new cities. Tiffany loves taking her daughter to on trails, to museums, parks and on mini trips. In her personal life, Tiffany LOVES to run, hike mountains, do CrossFit, explore different countries, read books, listen to podcasts and learn new things. She enjoys trying new foods/new restaurants and loves checking out the local breweries and wineries. Looking for a good, local hike?!
